At Tajah Lane the happiness of our customers is paramount and we want to make sure you are delighted with our products. If there should ever be any unforeseen problem with any of our products or you simply decide that on receipt of the product that it is no longer suitable for your needs then we want to make sure that you are fully appraised of your rights and our procedures in those circumstances. We will require proof of purchase.
We make every effort to ensure that all our products are free from manufacturing faults and that they arrive at your home in perfect condition. In addition we want you to be able to enjoy the buying process, trust our integrity and have confidence in our response.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or you do not feel that the item matched the description or image which you saw on our web site or that we sent to you, then you may be entitled to a remedy.
If this is the case please contact us so we can coordinate the next steps:
We are obliged by law to accept return of such goods for up to 6 months after you take delivery.
After 6 months we will need you to prove that any fault in the product occurred before you took delivery. This right expires after 6 years (5 years in Scotland).
We want to resolve these matters as soon as possible so please contact us as quickly as you can.
The remedies we offer are; refund, repair or replace; or a partial refund, if you choose to keep the product. We can reach agreement on the most suitable remedy in the circumstances.
If we agree with your assessment of the product we will deliver the agreed remedy within 30 days.
No refund will be made where you have made or arranged for any attempt to repair or remediate the product.
We do not require that the product is returned in the packaging in which it arrived with you as we accept that you will have opened it to inspect it. We do request that the product is adequately packed to assist us in any fault tracing and process improvement by our QC team.
Change of Heart
If you have a change of heart about a product you have ordered from Tajah Lane when it arrives at your home you have 14 days to notify us that you want to return it to us for a full refund. You do not need to have any particular reason.
In these circumstance we will need you to return the product at your expense. The contact details are the same as above for faulty goods.
The product does not need to be in its original packaging but it must be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. If items are not properly packaged then we will make a deduction from your refund if that leads to damage in transit.
We will refund the freight you paid when you ordered the product at the standard rate. If you chose the premium rate then we will not refund the difference.
